Item Availability

All items in stock are displayed on the website. If a product has a pre-purchase option, it must be paid 100% upfront before production begins, and delivery will depend on the type of item and the destination. If a product is no longer in stock at the time of purchase, the order will be canceled, and the customer will be notified.

Shipping Policy

Lima Metropolitana: 1-3 business days. Delivery schedule: Monday to Friday. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Outside Lima (Within Peru): 3-9 business days. Delivery schedule: Monday to Friday. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays will be processed on the next business day.

International Shipments (Americas and Europe): 10-20 business days. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays will be processed on the next business day.

International Shipments (Asia, Africa, and Australia): 20-30 business days. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Pre-Order Items: Delivery for international orders is typically between 4-5 weeks. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that you may be required to pay taxes depending on the destination. These taxes are not included in the free shipping, and we will not be responsible for these payments.

Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the destination and the availability of the product. If you do not receive your order within the stipulated period, please contact us at: info@veplen.com.

Exchange and Returns Policy

You can request exchanges and returns up to 7 days after the purchase date, provided that:

The product is in perfect condition (new, unused, and in its original packaging).

The product has not been tampered with.

The purchase was made within Peru (this policy does not apply to international purchases).

Rates

Lima Metropolitana: Free shipping.

Outside Lima Metropolitana and Provinces: US$5.

Flat Rate for the Americas and Europe: US$30.

Flat Rate for Australia, Asia, and Africa: US$40.

All national shipments are made via private or public parcel services, depending on availability. All international shipments are handled through Serpost (Peruvian National Postal Service).

Refunds

Refunds are not available for the amount of money paid (this policy does not apply to international purchases). All returns will be exchanged for another item within the stipulated time.

Offers and Discounts

For items purchased at a discount, no exchanges, returns, or refunds will be accepted.
